We had a wonderful experience with Kristin Borostyan! She was super knowledgeable, empathetic, and supportive of us as first-time home buyers. Buying a home for the first time is a challenging and daunting process and Kristin... took the time to walk us through the process including sharing with us her recommendations for inspectors and a mortgage company. The inspection uncovered a number of things that needed to be addressed by the owner and Kristin negotiated for the owner to address these items before our closing. Closing went pretty smoothly, now the real work begins with moving and some minor renovations.
